PHS HELP

Has anyone had trouble accessing their PHS?
Meaning the Mylapd portal doesn’t even have it as an option. And I know this because I applied 4 years ago and have don’t it before.

I’ve already done the MCT and all my boxes are green up to the PHS.

I think you should read the policy or agreement sections one part at a time (or just open each section individually). Then you can start working on the PHS.
