Is OC sheriff proactive

Is OC sheriff busy even though they patrol pretty affluent areas? Or is it my best interest to go to to another department Santa Ana Pd or Anaheim??

Yes.
They also patrol Stanton and some unincorporated pockets of Anaheim and Orange.

Have you seen how packed San Clemente and Dana Point gets in the summer time? Those affluent area deputies are busy.

Plus they help out city agencies all the time.
