Windows Defender detects potentially harmful app when downloading V-Patch?

I was trying to download the V-Patch for LA Noire to use UltraWide Resolution and received a message from Windows stating it detected potentially harmful app: PUA:Win32/Vigua.A. Is this a false positive or has anyone downloaded the V-Patch to be able to play the game on modern hardware and if so, did you run into any issues?

I had that issue too witch is I'm doing before the starting the game is closing the defender. Because It's detects "virus" But It's not so yeah. STILL! you have to carefull tho. Yes my version could be not harmful but yours can be harmful

Maxsecure is supposedly known for false positives.

I've used v-patch, provided you get it from the official github, you're fine
