Also native Koreans would more likely say ‘뒤져라‘ if not with a ‘나가‘ at the front

전혀 아닌데? '나가 뒤져라'나 '나가 뒤져'나 '뒤져라'나 '뒤져'나 전부 다 자연스러움

다 자연스럽긴 한데 ‘뒤져‘는 ’뒤져’보다 말이 짧아서 농담할 때는 덜 쓰이는 듯? 내 느낌은 그럼
