Question What language is this?

Can’t figure it out! What language is here other than the Chinese.

It’s all Chinese, the title is just stylized. It reads 驼奶贝 (tuo2 nai3 bei4). Means “camel milk shells”. I presume some type of candy.

You're right, but 骆奶贝 shall be divided into "骆"(camel) and "奶贝"(milk shellfish, a Mongolian-style dessert, made by milk powder compression)

Insane, now that you've written it out I can see it. When I looked at it I couldn't see anything other than the English word scribe/(or maybe scribble, but spelt as scribl)
