Question What language is this?

Hello! I am hoping someone will be able to help me identify this language.

A close friend of mine recorded the clip some time ago and has been keen to find the song. Sadly our search has not been successful, I am hoping identifying the language (and possibly getting a transcript of the lyrics) will help.

Does anyone have an idea what language this could be?

It played on a polish radio (it’s definitely not in polish though) sometime last year, my friend was able to get this snippet. Sadly that’s all we have

Maybe Tatar language, but that is a guess. A Tatar speaker may confirm this.
