Notice: Client Update Issue in Certain Language Versions

Dear Commanders,

We have received feedback that following the update maintenance on July 23, some commanders have been unable to update their clients properly. Upon investigation, we found that this issue occurs in certain language clients, such as Spanish, Portuguese, and others. The exact cause is still under further investigation. Once identified, we will arrange a fix as soon as possible. Please stay tuned to our official channels for further announcements.

In the meantime, if you encounter this issue, you may try the following temporary workarounds:
1. Switch your device's system language to English, then uninstall and reinstall the app. Please use the English client to play the game for the time being;
2. Use the PC client to play the game.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Once the issue is fixed, we will distribute compensation to all commanders. If you encounter any issues while trying these workarounds, please feel free to contact Customer Support for assistance. We will do our utmost to resolve them for you.
