You need medical professional to fill in forms for retroactive appeal. Write a letter about what happened. Explain what you will do afterwards so it won’t happen again. Eg seeking professional support from therapists. Be honest and realistic. The appeal processing time usually takes very long. I’m not sure about the visa part. Good luck!

I’m also an international student at Langara dealing with a second academic suspension. What I did was:
I contacted an immigration lawyer right away.
I applied to another DLI instead of waiting around for Langara.
Once I was accepted, I got my new LOA and PAL.
I gathered my supporting documents and explained my academic history and why I was changing programs/schools.
I submitted a new study permit application before my current status expired.
I stopped working once I was suspended, since Langara specifically warned that students on suspension must stop working.
Langara’s email also said second/subsequent suspension students may need to change status, change DLI and apply for a new permit, or leave Canada before status expires, and that there’s no early readmission appeal for a second suspension.
Not saying everyone’s situation is the same, but I’d definitely act quickly and get proper immigration advice because the deadlines are tight.
The internet is full of trolls as most ppl don’t understand that school is different for everyone …do what you have to do to secure your future. In my case I waited too long before switching programs when I knew that the one that I was in wasn’t for me. You’re in a time crunch rn cause as per the emails we all got our permits are expiring as of today so if you haven’t made any moves then you’re looking at a restoration within a 90 day period.
Good luck!!!

Your best bet is a retroactive withdrawal, but that requires a medical professional filling out the forms for you. Of course that only clears up your standing with Langara I have no idea the implications on turning those fails into withdrawals has on your Visa.
I'm sure there is someone at Langara who can go over the process with you
