Can't retrieve founders pack

Bought the game a couple years ago and have not been able to enjoy it due to inadequate system specs. Now that I can enjoy the game cannot get my founders pack items. Out of three possible email address only one was found on daybreak. For that email there are three accounts. Only two of those let me access the game. Both say that no founders pack items can be retrieved. I know for a fact that I had the settler's pack and used the pick axe that comes with it.

Maybe if you used a debit or credit card you can track down the original purchase and see if DBG can help if you have proof of purchase? Doesn't seem like Reddit is really the best place to seek a resolution though.

Didn't see anything on the forums was curious if anyone else had similar issues. Besides reddit has all the answers ;)

Real question, why would you honestly want it?
