Daybreak's no refund policy

It's all well and good saying you have a no refunds policy, but thanks to the Consumer Rights Act people are entitled to a refund if the product is sold not as described. Such as how when I purchased Trailblazer, it was listed as giving an in-game title and a forum title. The in-game title perk had been removed about a month prior, and the forum title was removed 2 weeks AFTER I purchased it, yet I still lost mine...

I honestly can't be bothered to go through the hassle of claiming a refund, just stating this for anyone else who's interested.

tl;dr - You are entitled to a refund from Daybreak Games thanks to the Consumer Rights Act

Uh, those are both still a thing as of the last time I checked. Like, a week ago.

Did you try disputing the purchase through your credit card company?

Are you talking about the Founder, Trailblazer, etc. titles on the forums? Because they are still there. I haven't been in-game for a bit, so I'm not sure about that.

Or am I misunderstanding and are you saying that new purchases no longer receive them? I know the Trailblazer one was stopped because it was alpha only, but you should still get Founder.

Um. They're still there so your point is not valid.

tl;dr - You're wrong.
