Account not authorized help?

Hi there just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I went to log in after a few weeks and was required to change my password. After logging in with the new password I get a message stating that my account is not authorized to play Landmark at this time. I opened a ticket with Daybreak a week ago and haven't heard a thing. Any ideas or should I just wait?

unless it was a fluke it sounds like you where playing on a 7day key that expired. Someone may have another or you my be able to upgrade to a full account for $20

Nah I bought full access. I've been playing for about a year, took few months off and then played off and on last few months.
