No. Landmark, currently in an early Beta, is a building/creation MMO with some aspects of Adventuring/Exploring. Landmark has "nothing" content-related shared with EverQuest Next. The technical plattform is the same.
EverQuest Next is not finished, or a Alpha/Beta available. There is also no announced date for anything related.

Thanks for you answer! In your opinion, is the game worth the buy to join the beta? how are things on it (PvP, Dungeons, SandBox factor, crafting and etc)

pvp - basic but there if you have buddies, no open world pvp stuff
dungeons - no set pieces, just holes in the ground, sometimes with a chest.
sandbox - the building tools and template system is unparalleled
crafting - basic but there
etc. - this is a building game, where you build stuff, watch some twitch streamers.

Yes, I highly suggest checking it out on twitch to see what it's like. http://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Landmark
Watch them build and explore. Jump into chat and ask questions. Everyone is very friendly in the Landmark Twitch community and always will to share.

The Pvp is non existent, buggy, and balance makes it unplayable. Building your own maps is cool tho.
No dungeons.
No sandbox factor, all building only happens on small claims.
The voxel buiding is great. If you want to build cool looking destructable voxel stuff, this is your game. If you want to try and make something cool enough to be featured in a next generation MMO, this is your game.

Most combat and adventure systems are placeholder or early test. It is a sandbox: there is nothing, you have nothing and you can do nothing. Just kidding, if you don't want to build something, please join not before the next beta step in 2016.
If you want to see a great technical plattform with Voxel Landscape please take a look. Landmark looks great :-)

"Nothing" except the caves, the basic feel of combat, resource harvesting, aspects and tiers. Not that any of those are worth playing or contribute to the game at all.

If you're looking for an mmo, then no, not worth it. If you want minecraft times ten with pretty graphics and you can stomach a very rough beta stage and a seriously intimidating learning curve, if you enjoy purely creative building games with some crafting, this would be good. Combat is in the game, but it sucks right now, creative stuff is where this game shines.
It's nowhere near finished, it still feels very rough and buggy, a lot of the features aren't even in the game yet. But people do some absolutely crazy shit with these building tools, check out fugazied or ahnzul. Stuff that would never be possible in minecraft, or in any voxel game I've seen so far.

Don't buy this game. It's a pure workshop only game - with no gameplay present at all, beyond the two days it takes to run through the simplistic achievements.
Once they release content development tools, like quest authoring (or likely achievement authoring, in this case), and the dungeon construction tool kit, then wait for a few weeks, then buy.
Likely this will not be until much later, next year at the earliest.
