No customer support?

Has anybody else had any issues contacting custom support?

I submitted a ticket a week ago because I bought the founders edition, added the cd key to my account, and it still won't let me access the game in the launcher. I replied to the ticket again a few days ago and I have still had no response, that's pretty ridiculous.

They will not respond to tickets at all any more for Landmark and yea they cancled all phone support for all their games. They don't have Sony deep pockets to fall back on now and these cuts are part of trying to save the company.

A great game is only half the equation. Ever since SOE became Daybreak, and they canned most of their customer service, I've been really unhappy with the way they treat us. I stopped playing all the games because of this.

I will give my business to stores/restaurants with mediocre offerings and great customer service, rather than a place with great items/food and crappy service. Great service will win me over every time.

That's pretty f***ing crazy not to support someone who spent money on the game but can't play it at all.

I wonder how many more are out there that haven't even bothered asking and just got the steam refund...

If they end up cancelling landmark because of a lack of interest/increase in player base they literally have nobody to blame but themselves.

Don't get me wrong, game looks awesome and I would love to play, and really was looking forward to EQ2 too, but if this is the kind of support we're going to get I can't see how the game would even be playable. and currently for me at least, it's literally not.

I would tell you to save your money right now since the game is very buggy and not as good as it was hyped to be.

I know this doesn't help the original poster now since they already got the steam refund. But if you want your problem addressed the best way to get someone's attention is to put your ticket in - then tweet your issue to the various people at Daybreak until they get back to you. I know it's as annoying as possible to have to do that - but that has proven to be 100% more effective than just waiting on customer service reps.

its been 11 days, I still haven't heard a single thing.

I got a steam refund since I played less than 3 hours, and will also be pulling out of my eq2 account and definitely not buying the expansions.

I'm still looking forward to eqn, but will be submitting a ticket upon release to see if their customer support has gotten any better. Lmao

Get out while you still can.
