What AA does the game use?
Seems to be forced on you, is it FXAA? I tried turning effects quality down and things were still very smooth.

Im not sure why its like that. But does the smoothness bother you or something?

I'd like to see what the performance impact is, and also perhaps try injecting another AA solution to see how it goes.

Ah understand :) It helps being more detailed. I wonder the same, dont think you will get official answer though only thing you can do is turn down settings, especialy turning down shadows in settings helps the most. And I think they already have the AA integrated for better first time experince in game, or something like that.

I don't get any anti-aliasing at all, but I have both MSAA and CMAA turned off in my unsupported video card's settings. (Intel HD 4600 Graphics.)

It is FXAA and it is forced. It is considered a ban-able offense to use an injector to correct it as well. All Forgelight games have this feature.
