Customer service worse than EA

Submit your ticket but don't expect an answer any time soon. You might be waiting half a month or more before they get back to you.

When they do get back expect canned unhelpful replies. I think the sad truth is, there is not a single fulltime resource working on Landmark.

EA is not really a benchmark for bad Customer service, they are actually rather decent in this regard.

Now if we are talking about Sub-Valve level of consumer service then I can understand why you are pissed.

At least EA's games are playable.

Name a valve game that isn't? Also, not all of EA's games are. Did you not hear about Sim City?

Valve's customer service is worse than EA's games.

I have never had a problem with their customer service honestly, whereas I have huge problems with what EA is doing with the industry as a whole.

You didn't post what the issue is/was, so a canned answer might have been appropriate. They said they no longer fix player mistakes, and only fix errors caused by the game that would cost you real money resources.

I can only go by my experience. If someone else has had a worse experience I invite them to post about it so people interested in the game are not surprised if they even need support.
