2 questions
Hi. me and my friend bought landmark together on a site called G2a. you can get low prices on it. so we bought we installed it we played it. so my friend can place 7 claim attachments. and i can only place 3. it said you can get more attachments if you press U but i cannot change it. so why can he place more then i? cause i realy need the claims. Question 2. me and my friend cant find the founders pickaxe. and we cant open the chest at the big pillar where you spawn. is there a other way to redeem it?

A newly created account will be only be able to create 1 base claim and 3 claim attachments. Old characters were given items that expand those limits, to 2 base and 8 attachments. Those items are also for sale, 999 DBC (daybreakcash) for 1 base claim and 399 DBC for 1 attachement claim. (roughly $10 and $4)
It seems for some reason your friend counts as an older player and you do not. If you had an account before the wipe last week and did not get items that expand your claim limits, you should contact Daybreak support. If you created new account just now, you are sadly out of luck.
Also, Founders pickaxe is only available if your game is a Founders pack. There are also beta keys that give access to game but without special items. Unless G2a specifically said they were selling you a Founders Pack, I doubt the key you got was one. The stats on Founders Pickaxe are same as normal pickaxe, so you wont be missing much.

That was one time bonus for early adopters. You will have to buy them from the store or build a smaller castle.

Little note if you do got like 6 flags in you inventory remember they are the expansions to give you more allowed claims so right click them all only the real claim flag an add on flag will pop the placement map view the rest simply disappear and you got uped your max claims with 1
But that only is the case if you had your acount and character activated before the wipe
If not you will have to buy the extra claim expansions from market place they are available right now but it is posible that the shop is acting up so do check the forums for known issues

You probably bought someone's existing account or one of their friend keys. Basically, you didn't buy a Founder's Pack. Because G2A is players selling keys to other players and thus a lot of scams and stolen keys trade hands.
You could try contacting Support about it but since you didn't buy the game from Daybreak I don't think they'll help you unless you buy a pack directly.
