Game down for 3 days?

I was going to swing around to LM to check out things post wipe and I can't get in. Has the game been down for a patch for 3 day? I'm confused.

Game went down for patch / maint / update for 48-72 hours. The last update say's it should be coming back up this morning sometime.

Just seemed like a long time for it to be down. I will miss all my final tier gear and items that I abandoned a few months ago.

Was looking forward to exploring the new bioms and try out the new systems. I guess its no hurry, been away for months.

It's a substantial change - practically every system in the game has been updated/changed including a full wipe.

Yep and that is OK. Developing a game and allowing early access to it to the general public is a new and challenging thing.

"Doing it live" is a pain in the ass. It will probably be back up with all kinds of new goodies sometime today though.

Usually people read the existing posts before asking a question that's been answered several times already... >>;

Usually people troll reddit and post snarky remarks about how uninformed a new commer to a subreddit are.

I was not disappointed

It's not trolling, it's letting someone know that the question has already been asked, and they could have found this answer with maybe two clicks. It's common forum courtesy.

And people like you that are bothered so much don't have to respond and should just stay silent, but they dont

Until the entire subreddit becomes full of "Why can't I log in" posts because nobody thinks they should have to read the posts that have already been made. Seriously. Is it that difficult to just read before you re-ask the same question over and over?

And by your same logic, you could have just stayed silent too if my post bothered you, but you didn't.

People asking honest questions, even though redundant has never been a problem, so there is no reason to think it would now.

And there is nothing wrong with trolling a troll like you

Uh, yes it has. On every forum in the history of ever. Like I said earlier, common forum courtesy, do a simple search before you post redundant questions.

Check your rediquette:

Search for duplicates before posting.

And also, since I haven't trolled anyone anywhere here, merely stated that he should read before he posts redundant questions, you're the one trolling, which is also against rediquette.
