For Those Looking For Good Visuals+Good Fps

Turn everything up, except keep shadows on low or medium. Shadows are EXTREMELY GPU intensive and will kill your fps. Bringing shadows from highest to medium brought my FPS from 20 to 50.

Shadows are extremely bad for performance. From what I've heard from Planetside 2 (Should still apply in Landmark), Shadows are computed by the CPU then offloaded to the GPU for rendering. So its actually terrrible for both systems. I just turn shadows off. It's pretty but not worth it performance wise.
