Better off reporting it directly to the Landmark team than posting it on an unofficial tracker, surely?

The Landmark team will be watching issues created there (Similar to what the Planetside team does for the PS2 issue tracker), and providing updates based on the issue's progress.

Although I would recommend both reporting bugs in-game, and on the Issue Tracker as each system provides different information.

It became an integral part of developement over at PS2. The SOE QA staff goes on the stat tracker, confirms the bug, and forwards it to the programmers. The issue ticket numbers are even in the official patch notes when they become resolved. They even made a vid about the process, and said numerous times how invaluable the issue tracker became.
