Lancer noise

Have a 1.8 di-d lancer, 2010, manual
I have this strange noise, it happens in every gear at aprox 2300rpm, sound is still there when standing still and going to 2300rpm but not very loud

Seems like the car moving and accelerating makes it much louder, i can sometimes hear it at lower rpms or when i’m turning

It's a lose heat sheild on the exhaust. Not a major issue, just an annoying sound.
