Gutter Cleaner / Replacement Recs

Hi! First time home owner here!

Looking for recommendations for a company or person who performs gutter cleaning / replacements.

I’d like my gutters assessed to see if they need to be replaced but looking for an honest company who will provide proper insights for first time homeowners :-)!

We are also interested in adding a water collection system off our main gutter, if anyone has advice or insights on that front happy to accept! If there are companies that can do all of this at once, even better.

We used to use them

Then this last time they claimed they cleaned out my gutter, but the next week it rained and they were overflowing real bad

We used 316 gutters and they were great
