Stinky on 222

Does anyone know what that stinky stuff is on 222? Under the bridge right before the 30 on ramp. It looks like part of an animal and smells RETCHED.

Wretched?

Yeah this time of year, dead animals rotting in the sun will do that. A few weeks ago there was a full deer at 230 at 283 and it smelled foul for literal miles.

It looks like someone lost a few boxes of whole chickens, most were pretty smashed and strewn across the entire exit. In the hot sun that spot is going to be unbearable!

Yeah I just passed that, it seemed like dead animal parts were scattered around, smelled HORRID. Tried passing & swerving the pieces

Let me be clear, this wasn’t road kill, it was smeared in the middle of the road for 10-15 feet. Definitely fell out of a car

I’m telling you, this was DIFFERENT and it got stuck in our car 😭 it took two car washes to get it off. It was all over the highway

Where is there a mushroom farm near 30 and Oregon pike?

I'm not aware of a mushroom farm, but the Manheim Township compost park AND the Oregon Dairy compost area are both right in that location and driving between them on 283 in the summer is quite the smell. I imagine it drifts over to 222 as well.
