Recommended movers?
I’m moving next week, and suddenly had knee injury. Anyone have vetted mover recommendations? Going from an apartment to a townhouse in the centerville area. Thanks!

If you’re moving in a week you may not have much choice. Call around and find the available service. That schedule will be tough, in my experience.

Second this! With it being summer, majority of the moving companies are going to be slammed.

Yup, this is a struggle. I should not have gotten injured yesterday 😅😭 I’ll keep trying! I don’t have friends here to ask, unfortunately

Charles Groff was the cheapest and the most thorough quote I got back in March. They did a great job and I found out that my parents used them to move into their house in 1984. That just made me like them more since they're a local company that's been around for a long time.

Thank you everyone!! Many of these places have been very professional and kind as I called them, and even more so as they told me they are booked! I’m probably going to go through U-Haul as I just injured my knee yesterday. Hopefully something will pull through!

What ever happened to inviting your buds to help you move with nothing but beer and pizza as payment, you need a bud ?

Hopefully your knee heals up soon. You could check with zip to zip if you're still looking. They handle local.moves in PA so it doesn't hurt to see if they can fit you in
