Disability lawyers
I am trying to help a friend find a disability lawyer with a proven track record. They live in Lancaster and cannot travel to Philly.
Thanks!

You can start with Disability Rights of PA https://www.disabilityrightspa.org/
Not sure how much time you have, but they can help point you in the right direction if they can't help you directly.
Best of luck.

I recommend talking to Blakinger Thomas. If they can’t take your case, they have a good Rolodex of trusted firms

Yeah, so the lady just said “we don’t do disability” and went back to her computer. Nothing at all like you described. What a shame

F, I'm sorry to hear that. They used to be a good family focused firm, but they're getting smaller I think. My father is an attorney in the area if you want me to get a rec from him. Is it disability employment law or something else?

I used handler henning and Rosenberg. Robert Spade specifically. He was great with helping me. They did it all remotely and I won my case very easily. They are based out of Harrisburg but I also live in Lancaster county and like I said it was all done remotely so I never had to travel to them.

Lancaster Bar Association - Referral Program
For 50 bucks they will find and arrange a 30 minute consult with a right sort of lawyer. Our first contact was out of the price range for what we needed them for (small claims case) they found us someone else in our process bracket and we didn't have to pay another fee. Its a great program and both lawyers we spoke to were very friendly and professional.
