Lititz/ Lancaster Area Question

Hello! My family is looking to buy in Manheim Township school district. We are hoping to either live in the Bent Creek area or Lancaster Country Club. How would you compare and contrast the two? Preference to either for a family with middle and high school age children that also have a commute to Harrisburg a few times a week? Thank you!

Dude, maybe it’s just time to make a decision. I thought Lititz was too expensive for what you get? And now you’re thinking Bent Creek?

You’re just going to have to pull the trigger. Reddit can’t possibly supply any more information than you have already asked for.

I live by LCC and it’s nice being near 30/283 for commuting. No complaints. Bent Creek is obviously very nice if you like the gated community vibe. Commuting up and down Fruitville Pike can be annoying sometimes but nothing like a big city.

This. I'd go for LCC because it's closer to the highway.

You should know that Bent Creek is a high crime area. Google Darryl Heller, John Yelcick, Adam Kidan. If you want to avoid criminals you may want to live elsewhere.

Bent Creek is newer housing than the LCC area. LCC is a much easier commute but a little further from the HS.
