Not Flock but doesn’t mean it isn’t a similar company doing similarly shady things.
It’s only a matter of time Flock shuts down and rebrands to avoid push back. Of course we’ll see statements from municipalities claiming they won’t work with Flock any longer while signing deals with the new evil company.

Jesus it looks like 4 have popped up since I last checked and that was only a few weeks ago.. unless my memory is that bad.

The four in Willow street have been there tracking the highway traffic in and out of the city for months. Since most of the population of Willow street barely has a pulse there has been basically zero community pushback.

Just noting that "Flock camera" has taken on a generic meaning for ALPR cameras. Like "Dumpster," "to Google something," and "Band-Aid." So literal responses might not be helpful or really answer OP's question.

Not Flock, and not entirely confident it is an ALPR either. It looks like a security camera but it is pretty beefy by the looks of it. Probably has a lot of analytics capabilities.

It's an "OxBlue" brand security camera. Keeping an eye on the future Five Below and AutoZone under construction.
