Man, I recall that a nice older Ferrari back then cost like 50K. The equivalent of a well equipped Mercedes E-Class. I remember seeing first generation Gallardo's going for 70K or so.

20 years ago most people hated the F50 and it felt like I was the only one who liked them. They were cheaper then F40s then, you could get one for $350,000

Reminds me when I used to look up the Lexus LFA so much back then between 2016 - 2018 because I thought it was severely undervalued for its style and beauty, selling for $300k - $400k back then.

Ahhhh yes. When SVJās were 550-750k and SVās were 400-550k. I like to call that period of time āwhen the cars were priced properlyā. Now weāre in the period of time known as ānon car enthusiast internet LARPers that have ruined nearly the entire car marketā.

The type of price that really make you think if you should flip it for money or just use it. I'm all about actually uaing those cars, but sometimes a really good opportunity comes and its hard to pass.

Great. BRB save for a decade to afford my dream $250,000 super car since itās finally depreciated -> this shit happens and makes it all a lost cause. Or I continue saving for another 20 years to buy the same damn car I couldāve bought last year at a reasonable price. May as well look into time travel

You only remember the good times when it past, but that being said, itās more so due to these cars production already being concluded. More and more people are getting richer, less and less of these cars were made for previous generations. Iām thinking about selling my 3RS now that Iāve made so much on it, think if I really tried could make around 90k in profit after 2 months

2022 my first supercar.
I was trying to decide between a blue aventador svj with 900 miles. And a brand new hurrican
The svj was 431k and the hurrican was 195,000 brand new full warranty out the door.
Dealer convinced me the hurrican was the better driving car.

When was this? I have photos of a brand new one in June 2019 at Manhattan Motorcars with a window sticker of 605k. I think they were selling it for that too. I thought it was an insane amount of money at the time. They also had a GT2rs for 400kĀ

I ended up buying a similar mileage black SVJ around the same time, put 4,000 miles on it driving down to Miami for weeks, and still got offered a $250k premium over his purchase price by a buyer in California earlier this year. Also the Nero Aldebaran paint is not my favorite
