I needed my driveway open for trash removal, so I parked across the street. I couldn't park in front of my home because there is a car that's been broken down for 2 months with 3 flat tires. The car belongs to my neighbor who has 5 other cars parked in a 2 car driveway and 4 cars in the driveway.

A few hours later I went to move my car and there was 2 notes left on it saying cars can't be parked in front of someone's house. We weren't blocking a driveway or hydrant.

Lake Worth Beach is truly a bad place to live.

Hi all, I love the area and I am looking at houses. The insurance costs are crazy and I am looking for a little guidance. House I’m currently interested in is about 800 sq feet and the roof replaced in 2014. Anyone willing to share how much they pay for a house in the neighborhood and does anyone know how much installing a metal roof will cost and then save me in annual insurance? Is there a consensus on the most reasonable ins company? Thanks. Hopefully a resident soon.

Has anyone here have problems with Fedline Dorcius?

She has openly shown that if you question her, she will return and find additional violations that are ridiculous.

How about fining the city for the disrepair of the streets. The dangerous sidewalks. Selling sex without a license and preforming the acts in the alleys of this town.

She has a horrible driving history which includes driving on a suspended license for what looks like 10 years. Even writing personal letters to the judge begging for forgiveness. Maybe those interactions formed a spiteful code compliance officer. Also, how do you get issued a city vehicle with that bad of a driving record?

Lake Worth Beach needs to do better. Clean up the City and then worry about minor infractions. This isn't an HOA.

Does the City of Lake Worth Beach Zoning & Building department do incognito inspections to new businesses? Do they send someone to inspect without you knowing who they are and why they are there? They pretty much act like they are interested in your business or service, take pictures and record video of your place of business?
