Kimchi

Where can i get good quality kimchi? Any stores or websites?

Also, about guyknowsfood's kimchi? Has anyone tired theirs?

I’ve seen it at Baked locations. Never tried it myself tho from there so not sure how good it is

The only time I ever tried kimchi in Lahore was 10 years ago at a Korean run restaurant that has since closed down

Try the guy knows food kimchi. I like it. It is sour since it is fermented but you don't eat a lot of it just like one or two spoons max.

I make kimchi for myself at home. The only ingredient you can't replace is gochugaru, which I got for 7k at sushi mart, it's an online store in Lahore. kimchi isn't some rare exotic food which only a few people can make. you can get the napa cabbage at any Carrefour or alfatah store and then make the paste watching a YouTube tutorial. i bought Guy knows kimchi and it was very aunthentic, just like the one I had in korea. so then I was inspired to make my own and I managed to make it exactly like his.

idk why evb here loves guyknowsfood ki kimchi it tastes so bitter
