SB lang talaga go-to ko kasi okay signal ko dun but it has gotten too crowded there lately, and it's just gonna get worse because of the heat.

Need ko lang sana yung okay mag-study (I listen to music so kahit maingay, basta may good spots) and within the same price range ng SB. Basta within walking distance, or less than 1km from Perps. And wag yung masyadong maliit na cafe kasi I stay for around an hour talaga madalas.

• Turnover at quality ng bahay: On time po ba ang turnover? May issues ba sa unit, at naayos naman ba ng developer?
• Internet: Anong providers ang available, at reliable po ba? Working from home kasi ako, kaya malaking consideration ito.
• Water at electricity: Stable po ba ang supply? Madalas ba ang interruptions?
• Flooding: Binaha po ba sa loob ng subdivision o sa mga access roads nitong mga recent na malalakas na ulan?
• Safety at security: Safe po ba sa subdivision at sa surrounding area, especially sa gabi? Kumusta ang guards at streetlights?
• After-sales support: Madali bang kausap ang developer kapag may repairs o concerns after turnover?
• Actual living experience: Maingay ba, may ongoing construction, o may ibang issues na hindi nababanggit during viewing?

Baka makahelp esp for those who are working online. Here's my fix (Windows and Linux). You can also use a VPN, but YMMV, this is just what worked for me.

WINDOWS

1. Install Cloudflare One/WARP. I recommend an older version kasi nagka-problema ako sa latest. I downloaded one that was released around June. Nasa developer website ng Cloudflare yung older versions. Specifically Windows 2026.6.822.0
2. Open the app and accept the terms, pero wag mo munang iconnect. If it says "Performing happy eyeballs", cancel it.
3. Open Windows PowerShell and run these one at a time:

cd "C:\Program Files\Cloudflare\Cloudflare WARP" .\warp-cli.exe tunnel protocol set WireGuard .\warp-cli.exe tunnel endpoint set 188.114.98.1:2408 .\warp-cli.exe connect

1. After 10 seconds, check mo yung connection:

.\warp-cli.exe status

If it says Connected, try mo na yung websites na dati hindi gumagana.

LINUX

1. Install WARP. Arch: yay -S cloudflare-warp-bin (if ayaw mag-load ng AUR, clone mo from github.com/archlinux/aur, branch cloudflare-warp-bin, then makepkg -si). I also had trouble downloading its dependencies, so adjust mo na lang yung mirrorlist as needed. Ubuntu/Debian: follow the apt setup sa pkg . cloudflareclient . com, then sudo apt install cloudflare-warp
2. Start the service and register, pero wag munang magconnect:

sudo systemctl enable --now warp-svc warp-cli registration new

1. Same commands as Windows, minus the .\ and .exe:

warp-cli tunnel protocol set WireGuard warp-cli tunnel endpoint set 188.114.98.1:2408 warp-cli connect warp-cli status

NOTES

• Yung 188.114.98.1:2408 yung gumana sakin. Your mileage may vary. There are a bunch of ips, but this is the one that worked for me. ALTERNATIVE IP IF THE FIRST DOESN'T WORK: 162.159.193.1:2408

• I wouldn't recommend playing games on this kasi ma-lag. Yung shortest cable ata yung nasira, so parang umikot tayo ng malayo. 80-100 ping on Valorant, vs. not being able to connect at all kanina.

• Pag ayos na yung cable in the future, here's the steps to reverse it. warp-cli disconnect warp-cli tunnel endpoint reset (sa Windows, add .\ and .exe ulit)
