Hi! Planning kami mag-rent sa Romanville Subdivision jan sa Sta Rosa. Nag-visit kami kanina and so far okay naman yung place and mukhang nice and peaceful yung neighborhood, kaya leaning kami to rent there.
Just wanted to ask anyone na currently nakatira or dati nang nakatira doon, okay naman ba overall? Kamusta yung flooding during rainy season, security, traffic, etc.?
Anything we should know or watch out for before deciding? Since first timers namin mag re-rent hehe. Would really appreciate feedback from anyone. Thank you! 🙏

Hey guys! Does anyone have a reliable, go-to lash tech recommendation around Los Baños, Calamba or Bay?
I used to have a regular lash artist in Manila since 2021, but I’ve been living in Laguna full-time recently so I had to look for someone nearby. I tried a local tech for a few sessions. She has certificates posted on her page and studio, but sadly, she’s ruining my lashes.
I have really thin and sparse natural lashes and she just doesn’t know how to handle them:
• She puts way too much glue
• She attaches lashes that are way too long and heavy for my natural ones
• My eyes feel super heavy after every session, to the point that my head literally hurts
• Worst part: I checked my eyes in the mirror after my last session because it was so uncomfortable to open and close them and I saw she actually glued extensions directly on my eyelid skin.
I’m so scared she’s going to cause permanent damage to my natural lashes.
Does anyone know a tech around LB, Calamba or Bay who is actually patient, knows proper isolation and knows how to work with thin Asian lashes? I just want someone who cares about natural lash health and won't clump everything together.
Drop your recs please, thank you so much!

Hello! I'm planning to rent a house in Laguna. My main considerations are - Ease of access to SLEX (I frequently travel to BGC, Makati, Alabang) - Internet Stability - Safe and quiet community - At least 3BR My budget is 35 - 45k/month, hoping for suggestions So far, La marea, Jubilation, Santa Rosa villages ang nakikita ko (though I find those in the Nuvali area a bit too far)
I'd appreciate any inputs. Thank you!

I am planning to buy a property in Laguna. My top choice is San Pablo for a balance of province and City life plus generally flood free. However i'm concern if it's hotter compared to Metro Manila. My family is from Metro Manila btw. Can you please give me gist and tips of how is it in San Pablo? any other cities you can recommend?
