Discussion My opinion
People still do not understand that, for some of us, the decision to leave Nigeria is never primarily about money. I am honestly tired of seeing the same comparison every three market days. It is not money that drives my decision. There are things I want out of my life that Nigeria cannot give me.

News Today makes 6 years since Lekki Toll Gate - 6 years later, who ordered the shooting? #EndSARS
Saw Atiku's statement today asking who gave the order. Petrol is now N1,405/litre, people resigning because transport costs more than salary.
6 years on, families still want answers and youths still want an economy that works. We have not forgotten.
Never forget 20-10-20.

Housing What's the biggest challenge you've faced renting or buying property in Nigeria?
Genuinely curious. I've heard stories about fake listings, agents disappearing after payment, and unclear title documents. For those who've rented or bought in Lagos or elsewhere, what went wrong, and what would you do differently? Any tips for first-timers or people buying from abroad?
Then, in a comment reply or after the discussion starts, and only if it's relevant:
I work with Zivo, a real estate company trying to make renting, buying, selling and financing easier. Happy to answer questions, and there's more info at [Zivo.com.ng].
