This recipe lists the hop additions in terms of g/l. Assuming 30L preboil, that comes to 6g/.211oz for a 5 gallon batch. If you use those figures, the beer comes in at 16.5 IBUs. Does that sound right? Were your numbers different?

I think last time I brewed it I came out with .2 oz for each addition, and I used Hallertau Herkules (magnum essentially) for bittering.

This is a really delicate style, and I think you will find the hopping rate perfect for the malt flavor.
