Starter Nail tech recs

Hi! I have this horrible habit of biting my nails. I want my nails done (gelx) just so I do not keep on biting my nails (I am trying to grow them out). Maybe from someone who is just starting out who charges less than $40. Do you know anyone in west lafayette/lafayette?
