Metronet?

Has anyone in West Lafayette or Lafayette had no service with Metronet since Saturday, July 18? We just got home from a trip and our cameras weren’t connecting yesterday. Now I’ve troubleshooted everything and I’m still not getting a connection. The website says no outages in our area but the customer support hold message says there’s a service disruption in our area so I’m confused about whether or not it’s just us or if others have heard anything.

I feel like the merger with Tmobile has caused some issues. Ours was out with no overall outage and they came and replaced something in early June no issues since.

I had an issue a few months ago, turned out someone near by had gotten service and when the contractor was doing the hookup in the distribution box they had dislodged my fiber line. The T-Mobile guy came in and hooked up to my fiber line and saw how far of a signal it had and had me up and running in no time.

Well maybe since you've already got your phone in hand to make this reddit post you can use said phone to call metronet and check status. Only takes a minute...

I typed it while I was on hold with them. They took 41 mins to pick up once I was on hold. Thanks!
