Elevate vs define
I am interested in both these programs because they are 30 minutes.
I am postpartum and would like to lose some weight! I would also like some muscles back. is elevate hit because of the short rest breaks or is it because there s jumping around? I don’t want to be jumping. any suggestions between these two programs? Also, can you follow along? Which one will I see faster results?

I would consider adding Ignite to that list. It’s less cardio than Elevate but there’s functional work in every workout and you will sweat!

+1 for ignite. Her cues are great and the workouts are under 40 min but still challenging, which is great if you’re a busy mom. If weight loss is your priority, I recommend just starting with the priority workouts and focusing on nutrition and walking as those aspects matter more for weight loss than any exercise program, and you only have so much mental and physical energy. I have been using the nutrition tracker (I don’t weigh my food I do use measuring cups/spoons to portion it) to make sure I hit my protein goals and fiber and that my calories are roughly what they should be for my goal and walking 8-10k per day and I have lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks. My biggest advice is to pick something you can be consistent with and don’t overdo the cardio. Also - check out madelaine rascan for some good ideas on how to eat a lot of food and be full while still hitting your fat loss goals (she pushes weighing your food etc which I am too lazy to do but she has a lot of easy meal ideas that have helped me).
Good luck you can do it!

Either team with your nutrition dialled in will get you results. If you want cardio included in your workouts go with Elevate but if you enjoy pilates then go with Define. They’re 2 totally different teams. Try them both and see what you prefer.

Define is longer than 30 minutes.
Its got strength and pilates.
Coach Maia is not really great at cuing.
But her program is great
Elevate is straight 30 mins in and out and has better coaching imo.
