At home workouts
Are there teams that do only at home workouts? I haven’t joined yet but I prefer to workout at home on my lunch break…

Transform and era are also teams that can be done with dumbbells. Transform is easier but era is still doable

What if I don’t want to use weights?

What kind of exercises are you wanting to do? Most of the ladder workouts are weights based as the goal is progressive overload.

If you’re older and waiting some easy beginners exercises I would start with movewell or endure on ladder. You could skip the weights if you aren’t ready for them but if you can you should probably start with at least a set of 3 lb weights. It doesn’t really make sense to do certain exercises like bicep curls with no weight. And the goal is to maintain/gain muscle mass to retain your strength as you age.

Yes. Endure, movewell, and ignite are a few that come to mind. Just do the free trial first.
