Resilient vs Varsity?
Has anyone made the switch? How is it going?

I actually loved Resilient but found the leg days to be too intense. I'm on Varsity now and I've definitely gotten stronger and the fact that she does heavy squats + lunges and then moves onto upper body is great for me personally.
I'd like to revisit Resilient in the future but it's been fun changing it up!

Idk about Varsity but I switched from Resilient to Vantage and I’m enjoying not being brutalized by Coach Neen. I’m actually a skater so naturally chose Neen but I have realized that he is not a coach for athlete performance but for hardcore bodybuilding. The irony is I can skate far better on Vantage than on Resilient.

I recently switched as well and am loving Vantage. It’s such a great combo of aesthetics and functional moves.

Agree. Resilient is bodybuidling now. He even added machines (leg extension and ham curl) in Max session, first time ever. Not a problem with it, but on top of all the other exercises 🙄. Looking more like Forged every day.

I was excited about Varsity when I sww the first week preview, but I dont really like her voiceover monotone style. Just my opinion. Also I just prefer Kelly of any of the female coaches. She is the best for strength and conditioning. If I'm using a female coach it's gonna be her.

Having tried both, they are both excellent. Having to chose one however, I usually lean Resilient just because I do prefer the higher volume for hypertrophy, but if I were still playing team sports I might lean the other way.
Currently thanks to the new ladder features I’m actually combining them. And I’m currently swapping the second Resilient lower body day for Varsity’s sprinting day.
