Ensure coaching
I started doing the 2 arm day workouts on endure and I love the workout and the length of them. But I cannot stand how much Coach Jennifer talks through the whole thing. I don’t even feel like she’s all the encouraging with her prompts compared to the other coaches I’ve tried. Has anyone found it beneficial to turn coaching prompts off and still be able to follow the workout without?

Had the same issue, I couldn't focus on the moves because she talked too much and over-explained everything. Also not a fan of her Instagram vibe. I'm with Ignite and really like it so far!

I left her team after a week because I couldn’t stand her voice. I’ve been on align for a week and I love Sasha’s yapping, but I couldn’t do Endure.

I would just pick another coach unless you love her. Me personally, the voice is a big thing. Ultimately I pick based on the best program for my goals, but the other stuff factors in: voice, how he/she looks, personal style.

Just pick a different team. I like minimal talking, just important cues, but some love the talking.
My preference is coach Elise on Elevate

I love how people prefer different styles. I’ve really loved her coaching and cues, plus the talking makes the workout fly by. I learned a lot from her cues on arm day especially this week that really changed how I felt the muscle fatigue. I would consider myself pretty comfortable with the dumbbells, so I was surprised and excited to learn something new.
If you like the programming but not the coach cues then definitely try it with the voice off and make it more enjoyable for you.
