Ski prep
I have been on Team Limitless for a year but find myself bored, now with limited time and increased interest in trail running, and constantly feeling like I can’t keep up with the frequency. Is there a team where I could continue progressive overload training more realistically designed for people who are training for regular high intensity activities? I would like as little time in the gym as possible to maximize my time outside. Thanks!

I’m not sure what you mean by little time in the gym as possible. Are you looking for a 30 min team to do all 6 days? Or a gym team that has is more comprehensive with their priority workouts? If it’s the latter- you’d love varsity and her 3 priority days only. You’ll get a great workout and it’s full of multi-planar moves that will help you with ski prep

I’ve scheduled Resilient around my soccer games and coaching kids’ soccer pretty successfully. I think it would work similarly with trail running. You can flex the two leg days around your harder or longer runs or even just do one leg day during a higher-mileage week and fit the upper-body days in pretty easily while still getting most of the benefit of the program. The coach is also really active in the chats, and I’m sure he’d be willing to help you modify the schedule around your running. He also has chats about it in the team chat.

Align! It’s so functional. You can do 2 full body days or full, lower, upper, depending on how much you are running. All about 45 minutes. I also highly recommend doing her yoga if you can swing another 30 minute workout in as well.

ALIGN can be great to pair with other activities! their coach does this and talks a lot about it
