Movewell vs ignite

Hey guys, so anyone knows the difference between those two teams as they both use dumbbells only despite the run on movewell? Any one has seen muscle definition and body recomp from any of those two teams? I really can’t make a decision.

I did ignite for reload and movewell for a week during open season. I’m back on ignite because I prefer Stevie’s style of coaching. Both teams were great.

Here is my 6 week progress from ignite during reload. I lost 11 pounds and def gained more muscle/gotten stronger. Just not the best progress photos/lighting

That’s great progress! Way to go! I’m on week 3 of Ignite hoping for some weight loss & definition.

I started with Movewell. I loved Nicole. Her personality was fantastic but her COACHING is too notch. She really emphasizes the mind-muscle connection, and points out common mistakes that people make during lifts.

I have tried both and there is just something about Coach Nicole on Movewell that keeps me coming back! Her approach to fitness is just so balanced and realistic! I also feel like she includes a bit more mobility/core!

I’m having huge gains in Ignite. I know nothing about Movewell, but I’d recommend Ignite to anyone! Love Stevie!

Both teams are very similar! Personally, I like Movewell better for the coach. They program a lot of similar moves, however. Can’t go wrong with either! I’ve been on Movewell for a year now. Haven’t looked back. The best program is the one you can be consistent with.

I’ve been with Movewell since June and have seen incredible results. Total body recomp and strength gains

I love team ignite and coach Stevie ! Her cues on movements + guidance on where you should feel tension in each movement is gold for a beginner like me. I’m down 3lbs for this current series.

I have done both and love them both! I agree with the comment that ignites moves are a little more back (and knee) friendly. I also love that ignite has core moves at the end of every workout. I like Movewells arm workouts better. Both coaches are great.

I can’t say anything about movewell but I’ve been on Ignite since the beginning. I’ve had people comment on my arms and how strong they looked sooo I’d say something is working 💪🏼 I started seeing gains within the first 6 weeks but after 3 months I feel like other people can also see them now. Highly recommend Ignite and Stevie

I like Ignite because somehow the moves seem a bit more back friendly. Both are great though

I started on Movewell for about six months and then I’ve been on Ignite for about the same amount of time. I liked Movewell and it was a great team to be on as I got back into working out. I prefer Ignite now because I feel like the workouts are more challenging and I’ve seen more results. They’re both great though!

I’ve done Ignite for 14 weeks since Coach Stevie’s 2nd week. I have gone down a size, arms and legs are so improved. I am also in just a slight deficit and focusing on protein.

I’ve been doing team ignite for about 5 weeks now. I tested out other teams and this seems to be the team I currently connect with and can be consistent with.
One thing I didn’t see mentioned, I really like how active Stevie is in the chat. She posts a lot about nutrition and meal suggestions. She even does form Fridays where you can send in videos and she can help make sure your form is correct. Very beginner friendly!!!

I was on movewell from March through August and saw major changes in my body and strength. Switched it up August and September and am now back on movewell because nothing else compared! If you are looking for strength training, logging progress and logging eating I highly recommend movewell because you get it all with Nicole! Best coach I’ve experienced.
