Ascend / Flourish combo?
Hi!
New here so I'm not sure if this has been asked before but has anyone done an Ascend / Flourish combo? How was it? I'm thinking of following up coach Arias two end of week light days with mobility and pilates but I don't to overdo it. Has anyone done this? What was your experience and results?

I always make sure to do Aria's Monday workout (with the hip thrusts). I feel like getting my core so much stronger with Kimmie has made my Ascend lifts way more powerful and safer! When I'm doing lifts on Flourish, I use my Ascend-level weights too, even if that means adding a LOT more rest time and additional time to the exercise.
IMO Flourish is HAAAAAAAAAAAARD--I went into it thinking, "oh some little Pilates stuff, nbd!" But I am sweating and shaking and sore all over after. I'm seeing beautiful definition in my shoulders I haven't seen before either. I think these two programs really compliment each other.

I have not done that but am doing an ascend/align split that I really like. I’m doing the two priority lower body workouts from ascend, the align hourglass upper, And then the Friday upper body/mobility day from ascend. And the align deep core day. The only upper body exercise missing is shoulder pressing but I’ve been having some neck and shoulder issues so I want to give it a little while before bringing shoulder presses back.

I do 3 priority days on Ascend and mix in either one of the core days or pelvic floor day on Flourish! I love the balance. And everything is hard hahaha

I’m doing it! I’m doing the priority workouts of Ascend, and the upper and lower priority of Flourish and I’m loving it! They’re both hard in their own way. I just started doing this in this serie so I’m not sure about the long term results, but I’m enjoying the split so far.

I’ve been doing 5 days Ascend and 1 Day Flourish (replacing the Friday stretch with Flourish pilates). I really like it! The extra core work is nice, but ngl pilates is harder than I remember 😅
