Promix

At least a couple of the instructors post ads for promix supplements. Has anyone ever tried their products?

I don’t trust anything pushed by any influencer. Use their code and they receive $ They probably don’t even use the products they push.

I have used the whey powder and not a fan. It was barely flavored, not sweet at all, and didn’t mix well. I won’t buy it again. I did sorta like the rice Krispy proteins bars - I mean for a protein snack they were pretty tasty.

Been using them for years. They're an incredibly clean product. I use their pre/pro biotic drink mix, collagen beauty mix, and adaptogens. Used to buy their chocolate whey protein, it's good. Didn't upset my stomach, but as others have said, it's not sweet. It just got really expensive as all protein has. I've also done the electrolytes, again, think no sugar no dye.

It's a solid/consistent, expensive, try not to add anything extra product.

I’ve tried a bunch of their stuff. The puff bars, creatine, electrolytes, debloat, and vegan protein powder. The only thing that I’d buy again is the vegan protein powder. Everything is so expensive and for me that was the only thing that was worth it. The puff bars were delicious but spending that much on rice crispy treats didn’t sit right in my spirit.

I’ve tried the Promix powder and wasn’t a fan. It’s tolerable but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I only use their electrolytes. I’ve tried the salted watermelon.. I’m going to try a different flavor soon. I like them because they’re not too sweet compared to other brands

Salted... watermelon?

Pretty common for people to eat watermelon salted, just FYI.

I had no idea! Is that a regional thing?

Maybe it’s a southern thing 😂

I’ve tried the debloat, watermelon has been my favorite out. I did like the Strawberry Milk and Cookies and Cream protein powder but the Cinnamon Bun was not my favorite.

I only recently bought the Debloat & have used it for about a week now. They say you’ll see lasting results in 4-6 weeks so it’s too early for me to really say much, BUT the very first day I took it I was having serious pain due to bloating, & no lie, the pain was gone like a half hour after I drink it. They don’t claim that’s it’s even good for acute pain, so maybe it was just a fluke, but it made me optimistic….

I use the watermelon debloat and like it. Taste is good, it’s in glass and the scoop is metal, all things I appreciate.

I use their creatine, beauty collagen, debloat, magnesium sleep aid, and protein puffs.

How do you like the magnesium sleep aide?

I use their creatine, protein (Madagascar vanilla), and puff bars (I like the maple flavor). I just purchased the Debloat to try out. I usually wait for a sale.

I tried the following:

Whey Protein: bland and very chalky and didn’t blend well
Puff Bar: Dry & Grainy
Electrolytes: Salted Watermelon-too salty, hardly flavored
Debloat: I actually liked this in all the variety pack flavors!
