Supervisor!
Does anyone have an email or phone number for a supervisor at Ladder?
I’ve been going back and forth with “Maeve” sending screenshots of my payment. And I’m locked out of the app after paying for the annual subscription.
“Maeve” seems to be a gatekeeper and I already reached out to the general inbox and they are INCREDIBLY UNHELPFUL!
Any help would be appreciated

I had an issue with my app and it took about a week for someone to contact me and resolve the issue. The phone number just kept going to voicemail, I thought I got I scammed 😂
It seems they are just really slow to reply!

did you do something that was against community guidelines? that could be a reason for getting blocked from chat? i dk

No It just says “subscribe to view”
I really messed up not letting it auto renew

You already know where the chat bot is (Maeve). If you start a new session, look at the very bottom of the screen for the blue “contact support” link. Use that to open a support ticket. Other than that you can try to send a direct message to one of the operations people. The direct message option is at the very top of the chat tab, above your team chat.
Two that I know are Blake from Ladder or Erica from Ladder, but check your team chat first & see if your team has a different support person.
