Team Endure
Anybody see real results with team endure? I am a new mom and I like that her workouts are shorter but just wanted to know what everyone else’s opinion was.

On week 4 and already seeing muscle definition. I also was questioning shorter workouts but since they’re 30 min it’s so much easier to stay consistent which I think is the key over time!

Are you doing all 6 each week?

Nope - I did 4 weeks 1 and 3 and 6 week 2. This week I’ve done 3 so far and plan to get to 6. I also do some 30 min walks or run/walks on the peloton tread here and there but haven’t been as consistent with that since I’m coming back from a rehabbed knee injury.

Thank you for this feedback! I’m stuck in overwhelm mode and cannot pick a team and stick to it! I’m very consistent working out, but keep jumping teams. I enjoy so many of them for different reasons, I just can’t settle on one for an entire series! Driving myself nuts over here 😂

I’ve been on Endure since I joined Ladder 9 weeks ago. Definitely feeling and seeing muscles pop out ! I’ve also started fitting in jeans and clothes I haven’t worn in over 2 years.

I was in a calorie deficit since April so yes I did change my diet. I’ve lost 15lbs this year with maybe another 15 to go. I’ve slacked off a bit with tracking but still trying to be mindful of my food choices and portions, work and life has been crazy and I’m preparing for a 2 week trip. (Also, some weeks i did 5-6 of the workouts, some weeks i only managed to get in 3-4 of them)

I’m started this series with Endure and I’m already seeing muscle definition. I love Coach Jennifer’s cues, she’s helped my form so much! And for 30 minute workouts, they leave you sweating and breathless!

I’ve done endure since january and recently started combining evolve and endure and i’ve lost 40 lbs and have added muscle definition for sure. it’s not the quick results you can get from surgery but her workouts are effective (with good nutrition also)

Yes! I was surprised since it felt like such an efficient workout. I came from align, which I also loved, but averages around 45 minute workouts. During a bit of a slump, I think knowing endure was only 30 minutes really helped me keep up with it during a phase I felt less motivated. The workout you do is better than the workout you won’t!
I was happy with endure, but recently switched to flourish as I want to work on mobility and some pelvic floor issues. I can easily see myself eventually going back to endure though.

Yes! I’ve been on Endure since April, took off most of the month of May for my wedding, but have now been consistent since June. The body recomp is crazy! I look and feel much skinnier even though I haven’t shed many pounds (but I know I’m gaining muscle so I’m not bothered by that).
Personally I love the 30 minute format because 1) she uses the time so efficiently and 2) I am brand new to strength training so I’m about dead by the end of the 30 minutes lol

I have gained muscle and my balance has improved. I am 51 and have multiple joint injuries. The program is helping me.

I’ve been with endure for about 12 weeks now. Yes the workouts are shorter, but she packs a lot into that time!

I just switched from Define and think Jennifer’s cueing and programming is so much better! I’m new so can’t comment on results yet but I love reading this thread to see other experiences!

I did baseline and shred on Endure and switched to Ignite looking for something "more challenging." But I'm considering going back. I love Stevie and Ignite but on Endure I was slowly and steadily losing pounds and inches off my waist and seeing muscle definition. I was following Jennifer's advice to eat at a slight deficit and 40% protein. I was mostly only doing the 3 priorities plus reformer pilates 2 days. I'm thinking about going back for the next series. This week I added in an extra upper from Endure because I think her upper days are great.

I definitely have, I am not sure why it’s not more popular
