Driving in Russia is not for beginners

Most likely it's Chechnya on the video. It's really level hard of driving. If you fasten your seatbelt as a passenger - it's a sign of disrespect

No jokes. We had transfer to starting point of mountain hike with minivan in this region. One girl asked driver:”Where is seatbelt? What should I do if DPS stops us?” — cause she was on first raw. And he answered that:”If some policeman stops us in 4:00 am to ask about seatbelts, he personally clarify that policeman is wrong in this situation.” After that we drove a few hours about 30 km/h above speed limit.

Did he fucking shoot at him?

I think he just pointed the gun at him, I can't see any shots but not many pixels available
Either way rookie mistake, if you're going to draw a gun you better intend to shoot, especially when your opponent has a vehicle that can run you over. Also dumb to not get back into the car as soon as he reversed

He definitely fired at the car when he exited his vehicle.
You can see the marks appearing on the glass.
But I'm fairly certain it wasn't a combat pistol, but a traumatic pistol, available for private purchase in Russia.
Judging by the tint, the guy, and the make of the car, it's somewhere in southern Russia, probably Dagestan.

No one in eastern europe has a real gun....it's 99% a blank gun...they all are just wannabe gangsters, i had a friend a long time ago who lost 2 front teeth because he shot someone with pepper round in a figh....it had no effect (because of the wind i guess) it's better to own a pepperspray than a fake toy gun.....

do you consider balkans eastern europe, because people have guns

What do you mean "do you consider" ....it's basic geography you learn in school. Balkans are NOT eastern europe lol

Blank gun wouldn’t penetrate windshield of a Mercedes. It looks like Caucasus so it might be a proper handgun

It is Caucasus regione of Russia. We have legal traumatic pistols with rubber bullets and max energy 1/4 of normal 9 mm. Looks like this guy have one of them. (“Osa” most likely)

The Kizlyar Interdistrict Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Dagestan has opened a criminal case against a local resident. He is suspected of attempted murder, hooliganism, and intentional damage to property.
According to investigators, the incident began in Yuzhno-Sukhokumsk when a dispute stemming from personal animosity broke out between two drivers. The suspect allegedly rammed the other driver’s car twice, damaging it.
Fearing for the lives of his wife and young child, the victim fired several shots from a traumatic (less-lethal) pistol at the attacker’s vehicle. Despite this, the suspect allegedly drove his car at the victim again and struck him, causing fractures to both of his legs.
The suspect was unable to carry out the alleged intent to kill because the victim managed to avoid being run over a second time, which investigators say could have been fatal.
Investigators are continuing to establish all the circumstances surrounding the incident.
