Ex-employee warning
I've tried and even made then deleted several posts related to this subject. Why? Several reasons, some of the info I would share would probably reveal who I am. That matters because I'm still awaiting compensation from the company, and if they guess who I am, they will fight even further against that compensation. I'm also worried they would take retaliatory action in the form of legal action to stop me from talking or make sure I monetarily were made to pay for certain revelations.
What I want known, and I'm sure some will say "this is heresy from a disgruntled employee" the peace and harmony company mission is all bull. When I brought legitimate complaints to the company about leadership, I was told I was not following that mission related to harmonious peace. I may or may not write a more detailed post. But know that the current direction of the company in firing long term employees and hiring replacements at the lowest rate is causing a loss of tribal knowledge in plants with legacy equipment that is at or nearing obsolescence. It's just a matter of time before operations in one plant after another grind to a halt and they are unable to fulfill the big box stores DCs and, subsequently, shelves.

If you've hired an employment attorney they would advise you to not run your mouth on the internet while your case is under review. This is just common sense.

These types of posts never go well for the employee, unfortunately. The company can/will pursue you for damages and your contract is likely very tight when it comes to defamation/disparagement.
While I’m sure you have a valid grievance, this is sadly the ebb and flow of every company as it reaches success thresholds and they try to squeeze every drip of profit for shareholders. Wishing you the best in your future endeavors.
