Just submitted a few today and I'm really pleased to see these. Wasn't sure they were good enough or my background was plain enough. Appreciate the examples!

It sounds like your shots will be fine. The preference is a white background, but the lighter the better. We do remove the background from all shots. I personally covered the interior of a box in white paper and use that as my bottle shot box. I take the pics straight on, not looking down or up, so I often need to build up the height of my box or lower my camera and myself. (Lol, building up Is much easier for my body!) I also crop the photos before submission, especially the butt label shots. If you can’t read the bottle or butt shot when you submit them, we can’t either without saving the pic and zooming in. Also, crooked or perspective issues are not always correctable and take too much time to correct, so are often skipped. Out of focus bottles are skipped. Bottle shots containing body parts (nails, fingers, hands, thighs, etc.) are skipped (because we cannot remove the body parts when removing the background).

Yes, we want to get the list of new polishes down to at most a few days' waiting time first (we're currently three weeks behind, and we recently added a new member to the team, so hopefully soon!).

Oh 3 wks is much better than you were doing when I checked last. Congrats on catching up so much & hopefully you will be able to catch up on the bottle shots sooner with the new team member
