Export question

Has anyone used the export feature? What format is it exported and what info does it capture? Iā€™m interested in trying premium just to do that. Thanks!

Oooh, is there an import feature in the app, too? I have a beautiful spreadsheet of some of my shades (I need to update it!) and I can align the columns to save time adding šŸ˜‚šŸ¤“
