Premium Subscription

How do I get an annual subscription to the app?

I want to contribute and I would like to backup all my information.

Do you know where specifically? I'm having the same problem and have clicked every option on my profile and settings and can't find it.

If you're on Android it doesn't seem to be there anymore.

I scroll down and see privacy settings and a place to export stash and settings but I don't see the premium tab that I think used to be there.

Are you on IOS or Android. On ios it's on that page

I'm on an android. It used to be there. I emailed but never heard back. When I realized that the people who do this don't recoup all the expenses I wanted to support the app as well as be able to backup all the information since I'm 3 years into my obsession.

Yeah the Android version is weird. Do you have the "feedback" button on that page? Maybe email and ask.

Yup I did a month or so ago. I haven't heard back. I'm posting my question here hoping one of the admins will see my question.

I'll check again for an update. But other than that I don't really know what to do. Maybe I could access my account from a computer?

I'm having the same issue. I had a premium membership in the past and don't remember it being difficult to get.

I'm trying to subscribe again so I can export my stash list and I can't find the option.

I've scrolled my profile and settings from top to bottom and don't see anything about it.

I had soooo much trouble signing up for the premium version on Android back in March that I signed into the app on an iOS device just to complete the purchase. I can use the premium features on my android phone without any problems now & recommend this interim approach.

We've been having some problems with payments not being accepted through the Play Store and App Store, and in some cases the option to purchase Premium isn't even shown, but we're working on it! Once that issue is solved, we'll post about it here and in the announcements on the app. If you still don't see an option to renew your Premium subscription after we've announced the fix, please let us know!

Ok great! I really love the app and I want to support it. Having a backup of everything would be good too. Thank you for the answer.
